Yes! Admission to the Hall of Game is free. You can simply drop by, take a look around, choose a credit package that suits you, and start playing right away.
What is the minimum age to enter the Hall of Game?
Children aged 0 and up can play when accompanied by an adult. From the age of 7, they can visit on their own. Some machines (e.g., shooters or driving simulators) have specific age restrictions – these are clearly indicated on each machine.
How can I play?
It’s super easy: at the counter, you’ll get a Game Pass that you can load with as many credits as you like. You can then play on any machine you want. By the way: you can keep the card to collect points and later redeem them for awesome prizes!
Where do I get points and what can I do with them?
Points are automatically added to your card as you play. How many you earn depends on your skills! After playing, you can redeem your points at the counter for great prizes – or keep collecting even more next time!
Can I celebrate birthdays or corporate events?
Yes! We offer special packages for birthdays, school groups, and corporate events – including games, drinks, and optional snacks. Just talk to us or send us a message via the contact form. You can find more details under Events.
Do I need to book in advance?
ChatGPT: No reservation is required – you can come by anytime. For birthdays or events, however, we recommend a short pre-registration so we can make sure there’s enough space and cards ready for you.

Where can I park?
The Hall of Game is located directly across from the Aachener Bushof, at the entrance to Aquis Plaza – so it's super central.
You can conveniently park in the Aquis Plaza parking garage or in a nearby APAG parking facility.
Both options are just a few steps away from us.
Can I share my game card with friends?
Of course, you can share your card with friends and family. The only exception is our Time Pilot – only one person can play at a time there.
Do you offer drinks and snacks?
Yes! We offer a wide selection of drinks and snacks. You’ll find all the classic soft drinks, water, and even trendy Candy Can drinks. Plus, popular snacks like Mars, Snickers, Lion, Pringles, M&M’s, and many more – perfect for a break between games!
