Yes! Admission to the Hall of Game is free. You can simply drop by, take a look around, choose a credit package that suits you, and start playing right away.
What is the minimum age to enter the Hall of Game?
Children aged 0 and up can play when accompanied by an adult. From the age of 7, they can visit on their own. Some machines (e.g., shooters or driving simulators) have specific age restrictions – these are clearly indicated on each machine.
How can I play?
Ganz einfach: Du bekommst bei uns an der Theke einen GamePass, den Du mit soviel Credits aufladen kannst, wie Du willst.
Wahlweise kannst Du auch den Time-Pilot buchen und damit in einem bestimmten Zeitraum so viele Spiele spielen, wie es geht. Damit kannst Du dann an jedem Gerät spielen.
Übrigens: Die Karte kannst Du behalten, damit Punkte sammeln und diese später gegen tolle Preise eintauschen.

Die Punkte werden beim Spielen auf Deiner Karte automatisch gesammelt. Wie viele Punkte Du bekommst, hängt von Deinem Können ab!

Kann ich mit Karte Zahlen?
Natürlich! Wir akzeptieren Bargeld sowie alle gängigen Bank- und Kreditkarten. Dazu zählen Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express sowie Google Pay, Apple Pay und Samsung Pay.

Do I need to book in advance?
ChatGPT: No reservation is required – you can come by anytime. For birthdays or events, however, we recommend a short pre-registration so we can make sure there’s enough space and cards ready for you.

Where can I park?
The Hall of Game is located directly across from the Aachener Bushof, at the entrance to Aquis Plaza – so it's super central.
You can conveniently park in the Aquis Plaza parking garage or in a nearby APAG parking facility.
Both options are just a few steps away from us.
Can I share my game card with friends?
Of course, you can share your card with friends and family. The only exception is our Time Pilot – only one person can play at a time there.
Do you offer drinks and snacks?
