1. Scope
This house policy applies to all visitors of Hall of Game (“the arcade”) in Aachen. By entering the arcade, you agree to and accept these rules.
2. Entrance
- There is no minimum age for entry.
- Individuals who behave aggressively, harass others, or appear to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs may be denied entry.
- The operator reserves the right to exercise domiciliary authority. Guests may be asked to leave the premises at any time and without stating a reason.
3. Spielerkarte / Game Pass
- The player card serves as a prepaid card for games, merchandise, and the purchase of food and drinks.
- Credit cannot be transferred or paid out in cash.
- In case of loss, the card will not be replaced.
- Points earned can only be redeemed for merchandise. The timing of prize distribution is at the operator’s discretion but will take place within a reasonable period.
4. Conduct inside the arcade
- Respectful behavior toward staff and other guests is mandatory.
- Violence, vandalism, theft, or disturbances will be reported to the police and may result in expulsion from the premises.
- Parents are responsible for their children.
- In the event of proven property damage, the person responsible is liable for the resulting costs. The operator reserves the right to issue a ban from the premises.
- Bringing your own food and drinks is not permitted.
5. Safety
- Emergency routes, exits, and fire safety equipment must be kept clear at all times.
- Staff instructions must be followed at all times.
- Entering technical areas or staff-only rooms is prohibited.
6. Health & Hygiene
- Pets are not allowed, except for certified therapy animals.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises. This also includes vaporizers (vapes) and heated tobacco devices.
- All waste must be disposed of in the designated containers.
7. Videoüberwachung / Datenschutz
- In der Halle findet eine Videoüberwachung statt, die DSGVO-konform betrieben wird.

- Es werden keine personenbezogenen Daten ohne Einwilligung weitergegeben, es sei denn, es besteht eine gesetzliche Pflicht.
8. Haftung
- Der Betreiber haftet nur für Schäden, die durch Vorsatz oder grobe Fahrlässigkeit durch ihn entstanden sind.
- Für persönliche Gegenstände der Gäste wird keine Haftung übernommen.
9. Änderungen der Hausordnung
- Der Betreiber behält sich das Recht vor, die Hausordnung jederzeit zu ändern.
- Änderungen werden in der Halle bekannt gegeben und gelten ab Veröffentlichung.
10. Inkrafttreten
- Diese Hausordnung tritt mit Veröffentlichung in der Halle oder auf dieser Webseite in Kraft.
