Protecting your personal data is very important to us. Below, we inform you in accordance with the legal requirements – in particular, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) – about the processing of personal data when you visit our website hallofgame.fun or hall-of-game.fun, as well as about your related rights.

2. General Information on Data Processing
We process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website as well as our content and services. Processing is carried out regularly only with the consent of the data subject or if processing is permitted by legal provisions.
3. Hosting
Our website is hosted on servers of STRATO AG, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin. STRATO processes the data mentioned under 4. Server Log Files on our behalf. A data processing agreement in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR exists with STRATO.
4. Server-Logfiles
When accessing our website, STRATO automatically collects the following data, which is stored in log files:
- IP address of the accessing device
- Date and Time
- Name and URL of the Logfile
- transfered data
- Message about successful retrieval (HTTP status code)
- Browsertype and -version
- Operating System
- Referrer-URL
These data are processed for security reasons (e.g., to investigate misuse or fraudulent activities) on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests). The log files are automatically deleted no later than 7 days, unless further retention is required for evidentiary purposes.
5. Contact Form
If you use our contact form, we process the data you enter (name, email address, message) solely for the purpose of handling your inquiry.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in processing inquiries).
Your data will be deleted as soon as the purpose of storage no longer applies, unless statutory retention obligations prevent this.
6. Webanalysis with Matomo
We use the open-source software Matomo for statistical analysis of visitor access. The installation is carried out on our own server at STRATO, so no data is transmitted to third parties.
Matomo uses cookies that allow the analysis of how our website is used. The collected information (including an anonymized IP address) is stored exclusively on our server. Direct personal identification is excluded.
The legal basis for the use of Matomo is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). You can withdraw your consent at any time via our cookie consent tool.
7. Google Maps
This website uses the mapping service Google Maps provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. To use its features, it is necessary to transmit your IP address to Google.
Google may transfer this data to the USA. Data processing is carried out exclusively based on your consent in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

8. Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel)
We use the Meta Pixel from Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland, for the analysis and optimization of our marketing measures.
The pixel allows us to track the behavior of visitors after they click on a Facebook or Instagram advertisement. The data collected in this way (e.g., IP address, browser information, interactions) can be attributed to Meta and used for their own advertising purposes.
